Late Arrivals

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you and our other clients. Unfortunately, we cannot provide late arrivals with an extension of their appointment by bumping other clients.

 In special cases we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper advanced notification of your arrival.

Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session

Late-Cancellation Policy (cancellation within 24 hours notice)

Please note that any cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. The client is responsible for payment directly, and this does not fall under auto insurance or extended health benefits.

In the event of an emergency, please inform us so we can address your situation personally. We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or family emergencies may arise.

For the safety and health of our staff and clients, we will not accept appointments from clients feeling unwell. We advise rescheduling when you are healthy or have been symptom-free for at least 5 days. A 50% fee will apply if you cancel due to illness within 4 hours of your appointment.

We prioritize the safety and health of our clients and staff. Your honesty about your well-being and recent contacts is appreciated.

Missed Appointment Policy (no-shows and failure to cancel)

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients in need of treatment. Please understand that our Practitioners are independent contractors and are compensated only when they provide services.

A 50% fee will be charged for missed appointments.

While we understand emergencies and sickness may occur, failing to inform us leaves us unaware of your absence reason. Please contact us to provide details of your situation.

By booking an appointment either online by phone or otherwise you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for any cancellation fees. Clients who no-show or late cancel more than once will be required to pay for their future appointments at the time of booking.

Gift certificates - may also be forfeited for cancellation fees with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows. Missed appointment fees are not covered by any insurance plan.
